You can use LaTeX in toots here! Use ''%%\(%%'' and ''%%\)%%'' for inline, and ''%%\[%%'' and ''%%\]%%'' for display mode.

LaTeX is only rendered in the web interface, and not on all Mastodon instances. If the layout of your LaTeX code isn't too complicated, you can replace it with unicode characters by clicking the preview rendering below the post entry area before writing the closing delimiter.
